A combination of "theoretically" and "realistically", this word came from someone trying to pepper their language with multi-syllable words when, in context, they meant neither "theoretically" nor "realistically". It is used when two, potentially mutually exclusive concepts both seem appropriate to the speaker. Proper usage: "That's exactly what I"m trying to say, theoristically speaking."
